1、機(jī)場(chǎng)英語(yǔ)
假設(shè)你選擇的是國(guó)外航空公司，同時(shí)該公司沒有中文服務(wù)人員。如果選擇的是國(guó)航等，那就不用考慮托運(yùn)行李，飛機(jī)上的英語(yǔ)了。

1. 托運(yùn)行李
- 遞給對(duì)方護(hù)照和機(jī)票，對(duì)方可能會(huì)問：
How many luggages are you checking in? （有多少件托運(yùn)行李？）
Do you have a carry on? （有手提行李沒？）
Can you place your baggage up here? （請(qǐng)把行李放上來(傳送帶/小盒子)）
- 出票前可能會(huì)問：
Do you prefer window or aisle? （想靠窗還是靠走廊）如果對(duì)方不問你，但是你想找個(gè)靠窗座位，可以說
Can I have a seat closest to the window?
- 最后，對(duì)方給你登機(jī)牌，會(huì)告訴你登機(jī)門號(hào)和時(shí)間：
Here are your tickets. The gate number is on the bottom of the ticket.
They will start boarding 20 minutes before the departure time. You should report to gate C2 by then.
C2 is around the corner and down the hall. Thank you.”
* 如果你行李超重，對(duì)方會(huì)說 your luggage is overweight. 以上問題回答都是yes, no的就 不寫了。

2. 飛行過程中的英語(yǔ)
- 其實(shí)沒什么好說的，無(wú)非是讓你選餐時(shí)，你選chicken還是beef此類的…..你就說
Chicken please 一切OK. 如果想要東西時(shí)，句型很簡(jiǎn)單，就是
Excuse me, Could I have a cup of orange juice, please 這種.

* 如果冷想多要一個(gè)毯子可以說 Could I get another blanket, please, I’m a little cold.
* 如果要在飛機(jī)上填入境表，沒有筆可以說：
Could you lend me a pen to fill out this immigration form?

* 如果要找個(gè)人換座，可以說：Would it be possible to change seats with someone?
* 如果有人坐在你椅子上了，可以說： I’m sorry, I think you are in my seat.
* 機(jī)場(chǎng)廣播一般…..不用聽懂…..空乘可能會(huì)提醒你的就是：
Please fasten your seat belt （請(qǐng)系緊安全帶）這類。3. 在境外轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)
轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)時(shí)，先看機(jī)票上的航班號(hào)，然后從機(jī)場(chǎng)的航班指示屏幕上找到該航班在那個(gè)GATE登機(jī)，最后順著機(jī)場(chǎng)標(biāo)示走到這個(gè)GATE就好，不需要說話。但特殊情況可能是，你到了后，發(fā)現(xiàn)屏幕上有你要轉(zhuǎn)的航班號(hào)，但是后面的GATE是空的，這時(shí)候你可以向機(jī)場(chǎng)工作人員確認(rèn)下 hello, could you tell me which gate is for the flight XXX（航班號(hào)） please， 一般他們都會(huì)回答這個(gè)飛機(jī)delay了，或者在maintain , 需要再等待一下。

3. 抵達(dá)目的地，入關(guān)
其實(shí)入關(guān)，不用說什么，很多時(shí)候你就微笑下，遞給海關(guān)護(hù)照…他蓋章就讓你進(jìn)去了，下面是邏輯上可能的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)話：
海關(guān)：where did you fly from? 或者 where have you come from?
你：from China
(如果你不給他護(hù)照，或者他需要?jiǎng)e的東西會(huì)說：
May I have your passport and sth, please?)
海關(guān)：what is the purpose of your visit?
你： travel. (如果是探親，就是 I’m visiting my relatives.)
海關(guān)：How long are you planning to stay?
你：Two weeks.
海關(guān)：Where will you be staying?
你：I’ll be staying at a hotel。

4. 從目的地返回時(shí)過安檢（托運(yùn)那塊和開始是一樣的）
- 安檢基本上不說話，頂多是查的嚴(yán)時(shí)讓你脫掉鞋和皮帶：
Take off your belt / Take your shoes off. 什么的

2、交通工具

其實(shí)不管火車，地鐵還是大巴，唯一需要說話的就是買票，所以就不做具體區(qū)分了。（話說出行前一定要先研究好線路，或者直接從網(wǎng)上把票定了，這樣就沒什么麻煩了~）
你： Hello, Could I get one ticket to London, please (買張到倫敦的票)
(也可以指定時(shí)間，再加上 for the 5:00 PM train | 另外買東西時(shí)一般就是用Could I have/get，或者I’d like to buy…)
對(duì)方：Single or return? (單程往返)
你：Return, please.
對(duì)方：64 Pounds, please. (假設(shè)在英國(guó))
你：Here you are.
對(duì)方：Here’s your ticket and change.
你：thank you.

3、酒店篇

因?yàn)榇蠹叶际翘崆霸诰W(wǎng)上預(yù)訂好，所以這里就不介紹預(yù)訂英語(yǔ)了，要說話的地方應(yīng)該就是check in 和check out時(shí)，如果想要額外的room service….那進(jìn)了房間看服務(wù)的冊(cè)子(room menu)吧，這里也不多提了。

Check in 很簡(jiǎn)單，走進(jìn)大堂，找到前臺(tái)，把護(hù)照遞給他，然后說
Hi, I have a reservation and I am checking in。

* 他們可能會(huì)要你的信用卡，凍結(jié)點(diǎn)錢，防止你搞破壞，或者看付費(fèi)頻道后逃跑……
然后…..他們就給你鑰匙……你去找房間就好啦。

Check out 同樣，你就說 I am checking out 然后給他們鑰匙就成了！

* 如果你有額外消費(fèi)（收費(fèi)節(jié)目，吃了冰箱的東西等），酒店會(huì)對(duì)你說：
“Your credit card will be charged a total of $256.78. Can you sign on the bottom?”
“Should we charge the credit card on file or did you want to use a different card?”
然后你簽單走人也就好了。
* 如果你不知道幾點(diǎn)check out，可以提前一天問前臺(tái)：
What time do I have to check out tomorrow?

4、餐飲篇

快餐，比如麥當(dāng)勞和Subway，其實(shí)…旅游期間…有時(shí)候會(huì)覺得麥當(dāng)勞挺好吃的….其英語(yǔ)對(duì)話也非常簡(jiǎn)單：
麥當(dāng)勞：…. welcome to McDonald’s. May I take your order? …
你： I’ll take a Big Mac and a small coke.
麥當(dāng)勞： One Big Mac and One small coke, Will that be all?
你： Yes
麥當(dāng)勞： Will that be for here or to go?
你： For here please.
麥當(dāng)勞： The total comes to 5歐
你：….. 給錢…….
如果你想吃麥香魚，但是不知道怎么說，或者怎么發(fā)音，那其實(shí)更簡(jiǎn)單，你就買套餐！看準(zhǔn)了圖，然后說： I’ll take number 2.
其他：飲料大小 small , medium, large, super size

餐館篇
進(jìn)餐館時(shí)，如果有人招待，可能會(huì)問你 Welcome to XX. Do you have a reservation? 你可以說 No, Do you have any free tables right now? ….. 然后他會(huì)給你帶到桌子那里去，如果你不滿意，比如想找個(gè)靠窗的桌子，可以說 Could we get a table by the window?

一般你入座后，餐館先會(huì)問你是否要個(gè)飲料，比如：
Can I get you a drink? / Would you like to order a drink now? / What would you like to drink.
如果你不想花錢喝飲料，直接說 Water will be fine 或者 Can I have a glass of water? 就成！
想喝東西的話可以說 I’ll take a coke, I’ll have an orange juice, 或者你可以問下 What kind of drinks do you have?等。

然后餐館給你端來水（期間你可以研究下菜單），會(huì)問你是否開始點(diǎn)菜：
May I take your order? /. What would like to order? / Are you ready to order?

如果你還沒想好，說 Can I have a couple more minutes?
想好了…就直接說要點(diǎn)什么就成了：
I’ll take the Salisbury steak…. （不會(huì)發(fā)音， 那就指著菜單說 I’ll take this….也成啊）

你點(diǎn)好后，餐館可能會(huì)根據(jù)你點(diǎn)的，推薦點(diǎn)別的，比如
Would you like toast, a muffin, or a cornbread? 不想要繼續(xù) No thanks 。
…… 然后就可以等著，然后吃飯了！

吃飯期間，有些餐館可能會(huì)來人問你
How is everything? Is everything ok? How is your dinner? Do you need anything else?
其實(shí)…就是問你是否還想要點(diǎn)別的，多賺點(diǎn)錢….話說回來一開始你也確實(shí)不用把甜點(diǎn)啊什么都點(diǎn)了… 如果你覺得味道還行可以說 Yes, that was a really great meal. We both loved it. 然后餐館可能會(huì)說 Is there anything else I can get you? 不要就是No thanks，要的話….就繼續(xù)take這個(gè)那個(gè)好了。

當(dāng)你快吃完了，餐館可能會(huì)問你是否來點(diǎn)甜點(diǎn)。
Would you like dessert today? / Would you like our dessert menu?
不要的話,no thanks繼續(xù)，要的話可以要個(gè)dessert menu，然后繼續(xù)take這個(gè)那個(gè)的。

如果要結(jié)賬，盯著一個(gè)服務(wù)人員看，然后揮下手叫人過來，然后說
Can I have my check? 或者 I would like my check please
(他可能過來會(huì)先說 Can I get you anything else?)

* 如果你點(diǎn)的東西半天沒人理，可以叫人過來說 I asked for a Coke about 15 minutes ago.
* 如果你不知道是直接給錢還是收錢的那塊給錢(這句話說的很別扭…) 可以拿了check后說 Excuse me, do we pay here or at the case register.
* 如果你不知道餐費(fèi)里是不是包含了小費(fèi)，你可以直接問：Is the tip included in the check? 人家說No的話就掏錢吧…..
* 另外…有時(shí)候很餓又找不到餐館，問路時(shí)就是 Excuse me, could you tell me where the nearest restaurant is?

最后略微提一下高端餐廳的規(guī)矩……..我沒去過………傳說是點(diǎn)紅酒的話，他們會(huì)先給你到一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，然后你要立即喝了，然后說yes，他們才會(huì)給你倒?jié)M……其他都一樣啦，另外這些餐廳通常需要訂餐。

5、購(gòu)物

一般店員會(huì)問：What can I do for you? 或者 Can I help you find something?
我一般就是 I’m just looking around. 呵呵，如果你確實(shí)在找東西，比如要個(gè)小號(hào)的襯衫，那就是Yes, Do you have this shirt in a smaller size?或者 Where are your blue jeans 這類。
買鞋比較特殊，因?yàn)槟惚仨氁�售貨員給拿出來？你要找到店員問:
Can I try this shoe on in a seven? / Can I get this in a size six?
因?yàn)閲?guó)內(nèi)和歐式標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不大一樣，所以下面得話比較有用：
I don’t know what my size is, can you take my measurement?
在其他類型的店里，其實(shí)就不用說什么話了，無(wú)非是你在找東西時(shí)可以問下，
但句型很簡(jiǎn)單： Where can I find xxx? / Do you sell XX here?

* 問試衣間在哪里： Where are your fitting rooms? 試過后覺得不合適需要小號(hào)，I think I need a smaller size.
* 問是否能刷卡 Can I pay by credit card.
* 確認(rèn)衣服是不是打折： It’s on sale, right?
* 問店什么時(shí)候開門，什么時(shí)候關(guān)門: What time do you open in the morning? / What time do you close?
* 最后補(bǔ)一個(gè)……最初學(xué)者….購(gòu)物必問句: How much is it?

6、其他（換錢，問路等….. 繼續(xù)補(bǔ)充中）
換錢會(huì)用到：
Do you exchange foreign currency? / Can I cash my traveler’s checks here?
What is your exchange rate for the Chinese yuan?
The exchange rate is 0.0009 cents for one yuan.
I would like to exchange 500 yuan please.

問路 — 其實(shí)問了后，特麻煩的很多好心人會(huì)帶著你走，特復(fù)雜的，你沒聽懂的話….也沒關(guān)系…..有個(gè)大概方向，然后一路問下去就好了，呵呵。

Excuse me, I am looking for the post office, do you know how to get there?
